A
ALCOHOL SERVICE POLICY
No alcoholic beverages may be brought through the gates or taken outside of Volcanoes Stadium.
Valid I.D. is required for purchase. All guests must be 21 years of age to purchase an alcoholic beverage. A guest that appears to be 30 years of age or younger must produce a valid form of acceptable identification. Acceptable forms of valid United States identification for alcoholic beverage purchases are: U.S. Driver’s License, Passport, State Issued I.D. Card w/Photo, Military I.D. w/ Photo. International Driver’s Licenses are not accepted. Passports are required in those instances.
Alcohol service is limited to no more than two drinks per person, per identification. All alcoholic beverage sales will be discontinued at the third out of the seventh inning. Government Warning: According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects.
ANIMALS
Animals/pets are not allowed within the ballpark. Certified guide dogs are allowed.
Per ADA Requirements, service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
ATM
Currently, there is no ATM at Volcanoes Stadium.
AUTOGRAPHS
Fans are permitted to seek autographs from players along the railings to the field. Fans are not permitted on-the-field.
AUTOGRAPH TABLE
Prior to many home games, fans have the opportunity to get autographs from players at the Autograph Table on the main Stadium concourse.

BAG SEARCH
Outside Food and Beverages are not allowed to be carried into Volcanoes Stadium.
The following items are not allowed inside the ballpark:
· Alcohol not purchased at Volcanoes Stadium
· Bottles and cans
· Illegal drugs
· Firearms/weapons
· Laser pointers
· Air Horns
· Any noisemaker that disrupts play on the field OR fan experience
· Costume masks that cover the face for individuals over the age of 14
· Tents
· Outside Food and Beverages
BANNERS & SIGNS
Banners & signs are permitted in the stadium as long as they do not obstruct the view of guests or block stadium signage. Banners & signs must be event related, in good taste, and not commercial, political, or offensive in nature. All signs must be hand-held; signs on sticks larger than 18 inches are not permitted. The Mavericks League reserves the right to remove any sign.
BOTTLES AND CANS
No bottles, cans or outside beverages are permitted in Volcanoes Stadium. Exceptions are made for baby bottles and health-related materials.

CAMERAS, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDERS
Personal still photography is permitted during Mavericks League games. However, flash photography, video cameras and support tools (such as tripods, large lens, etc.) are not allowed.
CASH/CREDIT CARD POLICY
Volcanoes Stadium is ‘cashless’. All major credit cards and debit cards are gladly accepted at Volcanoes Stadium. Please plan accordingly. This is an option to use cash to purchase eGift cards, in the Stadium Team Store, that are accepted in the Stadium.
CELL PHONES
The use of cellular phones is permitted inside provided they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of an event. Please be alert while game is in progress.
CHILDREN
Children under the age of 2 are free but must sit on adult’s lap.
CONCESSIONS
· A variety of concessions stands are available throughout Volcanoes Stadium. A reminder: Volcanoes Stadium is ‘cashless’. All major credit cards and debit cards are gladly accepted at Volcanoes Stadium. This is an option to use cash to purchase eGift cards, in the Stadium Team Store, that are accepted in the Stadium.
CONDUCT
Guests who use foul or abusive language or who appear intoxicated will be removed from the ballpark.

DONATION REQUESTS
The Mavericks League takes pride in our support of nonprofit organizations in the area. Due to the high number of requests, we cannot fulfill every request. However, the Mavericks League will attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible.
Donation requests should be received at least 4 weeks prior to the date that the item is needed. Priority will be given to the requests of local charitable organizations that promote, foster and support health and youth activities including activities for underprivileged youth. For donation requests placed between June 1 through August 30, 2019 please allow 8 weeks for a response. Requests should be emailed to mavericksleague2021@gmail.com

ELEVATOR
The elevator is located by the front gate and is specific for access to the skybox/suite level of the Stadium.

FAN GROUND RULES
Volcanoes Stadium and its employees are committed to providing our guests with an enjoyable, safe atmosphere. Our staff will proactively intervene to support a family-oriented environment where all guests can enjoy the baseball experience free from the following behaviors:
• Foul, offensive or derogatory language or gestures
• Intoxication or other signs of impairment
• Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting
• Obscene or indecent clothing; clothing must be appropriate for a public, family setting. Footwear and shirts must be worn.
• Any disruption to the progress of the game by guest’s actions or unauthorized person on the playing field
• Guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat
• Smoking, vaping, marijuana or any tobacco use
Note:
• Guests interfering with a ball in play will be ejected.
• Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from the ballpark.
• Any guest found throwing objects on the field or in the seating areas will be ejected.
• Unauthorized entry on to the field of play will result in immediate removal from Volcanoes Stadium.

FAN SERVICES
The Mavericks League Fan Information table is located on the main Stadium concourse behind Homeplate. A great source for game/stadium information including/stats.
FIRST AID
Contact any Volcanoes Stadium personnel to assist. For emergency assistance, contact the nearest employee and the emergency personnel will be sent.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
No outside food or beverage is allowed in Volcanoes Stadium. Exceptions are made for baby bottles and health-related materials. Empty water bottles can be filled inside the Stadium.
FOUL BALLS
Fans are welcome to keep any foul ball hit or thrown into the stands. However, any fan interfering with a ball in play will be ejected from the ballpark. Please stay alert because any ball or thrown bat can be potentially dangerous.

GATES
Gates usually open approximately one hour prior to game time. Example: 6:35pm game, gates will open at 5:30pm. Exception: Gates open at 12:30pm for the 1:00pm afternoon games played on Saturday and Sunday.
GIFT CARDS
The Mavericks League offer CRATER CASH that can be used at the Volcanoes Stadium Box Office, Concession Stands and all Mavs Shop locations. Crater Cash is available in any amount $10 and above. (note: Crater Cash has no cash value and change is not given)

LAWN CHAIRS
Lawn chairs are only permitted on the homer porch and berm area at Volcanoes Stadium.
LOST AND FOUND
Fans who have lost or found an item during an event should report to The Mavericks League Fan Information table located on the main Stadium concourse behind Homeplate. At the conclusion of each event, the items are stored in the Stadium lost and found where they are kept for 30-days, then donated to charity. To inquire if your item was found call 503.390.2225 between 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
LOST PARENTS/FOUND CHILDREN
Parents should report a lost child to any Stadium employee. Children who become separated from their parents at the game are brought to The Mavericks League Fan Information table located on the main Stadium concourse behind Homeplate until the guardian is located.
LOST TICKETS
Please monitor your tickets at all times by keeping them in a safe, secure place. The Mavericks League is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and they will not be replaced.

NATIONAL ANTHEM SINGERS
The Mavericks League at Volcanoes Stadium are seeking musicians to sing or perform the National Anthem for all home games. If you would like to be considered please submit one of the following: mp3, mp4 or YouTube video to Jerry Howard (j.howard@volcanoesbaseball.com) with the subject line National Anthem Submission.
Along with your submission, please include your name, phone number, email address and past performance experience. Anthem singers will be asked to perform acapella and without lyrics available, so please consider when submitting your performance.

PARKING
There are approximately 1,200 paved parking spaces at Volcanoes Stadium and several hundred more spaces in the overflow lot. Stadium parking is $5 and is payable with any major credit or debit card. Reminder: Volcanoes Stadium is ‘cashless’. All major credit cards and debit cards are gladly accepted at Volcanoes Stadium.
POSTPONED OR CANCELED GAMES
The Mavericks League make every possible attempt to complete or make up every home game. However, in the event of an unfortunate rain-out or other circumstance, in which five (5) innings have not been completed (4 1/2 if the home team is leading):
· Tickets from any regular season home game that was re-scheduled due to inclement weather or other circumstances out of our control will simply become an undated voucher – exchangeable for a ticket of equal or lesser value – to any remaining regular season game (except July 4th). Please try to book your new game in advance, as this is based on availability.
· Tickets from a rainout do not automatically grant entry into the re-scheduled game(s). The ticket must be exchanged for a new game day ticket through our Box Office.

PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY POLICY
All giveaway items will be distributed on the specified game day, when the gates open, on a first-come, first-served basis. Each ticketed guest, that is within the specified age range, will receive one (1) giveaway item (while supplies last). Guests with multiple tickets will only receive one item per person; guests cannot go in and out to get multiple items. There are no exceptions to this policy and all determinations by The Mavericks League are final. Giveaway dates, items, and quantities are subject to change. The Mavericks League reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
R
RADIOS AND TELEVISIONS
Radios and televisions are permitted in the stadium so long as they do not disturb other fans. For the benefit of others, fans listening to broadcasts are required to use headsets.
RE-ENTRY
Re-entry to the ballpark is not allowed once the venue is vacated.
RESTROOMS
There are three sets of restrooms located on the concourse area – behind Homeplate and on the 1st and 3rd base side of the Stadium.
RUN THE BASES
After all Sunday games, kids have the opportunity to Run the Bases. At the beginning of the ninth inning, kids and their families may line up at the top of the stairs on the 1st baseline. Stadium personnel will provide direction and access to the field upon completion of the game.

SEASON TICKET AND PACKAGE TICKET HOLDERS NEVER-A-WASTED-TICKET PROGRAM
Season ticket and ticket package holders may exchange their unused game tickets for General Admission tickets to a future game. Seat level upgrades are available for an additional charge.
SEATING
Mavericks League staff members check tickets at all game in an attempt to protect seat value. Upgrades are available.
SECURITY
Security is provided by SOAR Tactical Services. Should an issue arise during your time at the ballpark, approach the nearest security officer or staff member or visit the Fan Information table located on the main Stadium concourse behind Homeplate.
SMOKING/TOBACCO
Smoking of any kind and tobacco are prohibited in all areas of Volcanoes Stadium. This includes the use of Vapor Cigarettes or ‘E Cigarettes’ and the use of chewing tobacco. There is no re-entry for fans that leave the ballpark to smoke cigarettes or use any other tobacco-related product.
SOLICITING
Soliciting of any products, services and/or monetary donations at Volcanoes Stadium or on the surrounding area is strictly prohibited. This includes the parking lot. Violators will be escorted from the property.
Streamming
All games are streamed live – to watch go to www.mavsleague.com and Click on ML LIVE.
STROLLERS
Strollers are allowed in the ballpark as long as they can be stored under a seat and do not obstruct walkways or other fans’ seating.

UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are permitted in the stadium provided they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of an event.

VIDEO BOARD MESSAGES
If you’d like to put a message on the video board at Volcanoes Stadium during a Mavericks League game, you can purchase an announcement in advance by calling the Mavericks League office at 503-390-2225 or stopping-in. We accept credit/debit card for a $20 contribution to Crater Community Care.
